I want you to be happy with any product you purchase from BIRPGear.com. That’s the bottom line. If any product fails within one year I’ll replace it free of charge. After one year you’re free to email me with your concerns and I’ll warranty on a case by case basis. To initiate a warranty request please send one digital photo of the entire product and at least one digital photo of the specific failure to warranty@birpgear.com.
